The website https://tijuanasmiledentistry.com and its pages (the “Site”) are operated by Edgar Raymundo
Ledesma Fernández, doing business as “Aesthetic Smiles Studio” (the “Clinic”, “we”, “us”), a dental office
located at Torre Quatro, Calle Frida Kahlo No. 10410, Local 202, Zona Urbana Río Tijuana, Tijuana, Baja
California, C.P. 22010, Mexico.

By using the Site, filling out a form, requesting a quote, or booking an appointment through the Site, you
agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your
use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Notice, available at https://tijuanasmiledentistry.com/privacypolicy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data. - Use of the Site
- The Site and its online forms are intended for people 18 years of age or older. Appointments for
patients under 18 must be requested by their parent or legal guardian. - You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information, and to use the Site only for lawful
purposes. - You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, attempt to access information
not intended for you, collect data from the Site through automated means, or use the Site to
send unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Medical information disclaimer
The information on the Site is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a
substitute for an in-person examination by a dentist. Using the Site, sending photos, or receiving an online
quote does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you are examined
at the Clinic and sign the corresponding consent forms. Results vary from patient to patient and no specific
result is guaranteed. If you have a dental or medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. - Quotes, prices, and payments
- Prices, promotions, and quotes shown on the Site or sent online are estimates based on the
information available. The final price is confirmed in your written treatment plan after a clinical
examination and any necessary X-rays or scans. - Prices are quoted in the currency indicated in your treatment plan (Mexican pesos or US
dollars). We accept the payment methods indicated at the Clinic and on the Site.

treatments and appliances are governed by your signed treatment plan and consent documents,
and by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor). - Promotions are valid only for the period and under the conditions stated in each promotion.
- Insurance
We can provide receipts, treatment codes, and clinical documentation so that you can request coverage
or reimbursement from your insurance company, including US dental insurance plans. Coverage depends
exclusively on your insurer and your policy; we do not guarantee that your insurer will cover or reimburse
any treatment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for paying the Clinic directly. - Patients traveling from abroad
If you travel to Tijuana for treatment, you are responsible for your travel documents, transportation,
lodging, and border crossing. Some treatments require more than one visit and healing periods between
visits; we will tell you the estimated schedule in your treatment plan. Please follow all post-treatment
instructions and attend follow-up appointments, since this is part of the success of your treatment. - Text Messaging Terms (SMS)
- Program: Aesthetic Smiles Studio Patient Messages. If you give us your mobile number and opt
in (on our website forms, by text, or at the Clinic), you agree to receive text messages from
Aesthetic Smiles Studio about appointments, confirmations, reminders, treatment follow-up,
and responses to your inquiries. You will receive promotional messages only if you separately
agree to them. - Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one final confirmation

104-9956. - Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
- Reviews, photos, and testimonials
If you send us comments, reviews, photos, or videos through the Site or our social media, you confirm
that the content is yours, is truthful, and does not violate the rights of any other person. We will only
publish your clinical photographs (including before-and-after photos), your name, or your testimonial if
you have signed a separate written authorization for that purpose. You may revoke that authorization at
any time by writing to frontdesk@aestheticsmiles.com.mx; we will remove the content from the media
under our control within a reasonable time, although we cannot recall materials that were already printed
or distributed before your revocation. We may decline or remove any content that is offensive, false, or
contains other people’s personal information. - Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, design, logos, the “Aesthetic Smiles Studio” name, photographs,
and videos, belongs to the Clinic or is used with permission from its owners. You may view and share the
Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, reproduction, or modification requires our
prior written permission. - Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as WhatsApp, social media, maps, or
review platforms). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy
practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies. - Availability and accuracy of the Site
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, and the Site
available. However, the Site may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or
causes beyond our control. If we find an error in a published price or description, we will correct it and
inform you before you accept any treatment. - Our responsibility
We are responsible for the dental services we provide in accordance with applicable Mexican law,
including the General Health Law (Ley General de Salud), the Federal Consumer Protection Law, and the
Civil Code. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights as a consumer or patient under Mexican
law, or our liability for our professional services. With respect to the Site only, we are not liable for damage
caused by interruptions, viruses, or failures of your internet connection or devices that are beyond our
reasonable control. - Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes or changes in our services. The updated version will
be published on the Site with its new “Last updated” date and will apply from that date to future use of
the Site. Changes will not affect treatment plans or agreements you have already signed. - Complaints and dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve your concern, you may go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO),
including through its Concilianet online service, or, for matters related to the quality of dental care, to the
National Medical Arbitration Commission (CONAMED) or the medical arbitration commission of the State
of Baja California. - Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute not resolved by the
means described above, the parties submit to the competent courts of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico,
without prejudice to any rights you have under the Federal Consumer Protection Law. - Contact
